AGATHA RUIZ DE LA PRADA BROUGHT LIFE TO THE RUNWAY

Agatha Ruiz de la Prada brings her trademark bold and colorful designs to the Gary Nader Art Center runway in her latest collection. The vibrant pieces showcased fun prints and meticulous design. The Spanish Designer is Born in Madrid, she showed her technique and fit, both studied at the School of Fashion Arts and Techniques in Barcelona.

Ruiz de la Prada brought the playful shapes – geometrics, sun designs, clouds, hearts, and flowers – and color, reinstating her place as an internationally known designer. Her creativity stems from her upbringing under a famous, Madrid art collector. Her fun collection brought life to the runway, as guests danced and sang along with the models.

Naeem khan at Miami Fashion Week

NAEEM KHAN DISPLAYS A TROPICAL THEME IN MIAMI FASHION WEEK

In his first resort-runway show, Naeem Khan brought a playful elegance to Miami Fashion Week.

Khan chose to showcase his latest collection in the Frost Museum of Science, which features sharks swimming above the audience in a tank. His pieces ranged from gowns to tailored trousers and flowing silks to fringe, sequins and feathers. The use of detailed prints, ombres, and bold colors, reminiscent of Miami, exuded his tropical theme. While his attention to detail stood out, the finest detail was the reprocessed fibers he used in his design.

Benito Santos at Miami Fashion Week

BENITO SANTOS RETURNS TO MIAMI FASHION WEEK PRESENTING HIS NEW CRUISE COLLECTION 2023 “MARIA MIA”

Benito Santos began his fashion career in 2008 and has quickly risen to be one of the most beloved designers in Mexico, becoming Mexico City’s fashion rock star.

Santos presented his New Cruise Collection 2023, titled “Maria Mia,” on the runway at Gary Nader Art Center, one of the one largest Latin American art galleries in the world. This is a sustainable, playful and meanigful collection remembering his grandparents and celebrity legends wearing shawls, this collection is filled with color and print, inspired by Mexican Folklore and Women of The Mexican Revolution that nods to classic Mexican silhouettes while playing with unique shapes. Filled with silks, stamps and vibrant colors, Benito’s collection exudes elegance, glamour and femininity. Each piece flows with a free spirit, but the detail in structure showcases the artistic greatness Benito upholds.

Rene Ruiz at Miami Fashion Week


RENE RUIZ DEMONSTRATES A SPICY HEAT OF MIAMI
FASHION WITH A STRUCTURED AND QUALITY FOCUS

Showcasing his newest line, Rene by RR, Rene Ruiz proved his qualifications for a Miami legend at Gary Nader Art Center. In the largest Latin American art gallery, Ruiz brought a Miami twist to a classic, structured glamour. Ruiz’s structure and shapes find a balance between old world craftsmanship, elegance, and the spicy heat of Miami.

Rene by RR features the feel of 1950’s Miami but adds a sultry, latina glamour
filled with silks and refined prints. Pops of color of color are carefully tailored into the beginning of the show. The collections was structure with laces, sequence and metallics. The designs in this collection reflect Ruiz’s knowledge of the art of fashion, his immaculate technique, and his truth to quality.
